We have a unique relationship with all airlines, and we have special consolidated and commission contracts with most airlines.
2. What type of clientele does Airight Travel service?
On our agency front our clientele is comprised of travel agencies nationwide, including Amex agents, BCD travel affiliates, Virtuoso members, travel leaders, home based agents and many more. We also have an extensive client base of Business and Corporate accounts, as well as any coach class request worldwide.
3. Are your tickets Changeable and Refundable?
Most tickets are usually refundable/ changeable, penalties may apply.
4. How can I make changes and cancellations?
By calling our travel agency customer care line, we are there to serve you 24hrs.
5. Are your fares commissionable?
We offer commissions on many airlines even on promotional or sale fares, additionaly, we offer net fares which in most cases are cheaper then the published fares. We offer exceptionally high commission on Business/first class tickets.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer, agency/corporate or company checks.
7. Do you offer incentives?
There is a standard bonus program that is always in effect. However always inquire about any valid promotions, which we run often and are unmatched in the entire travel industry
8. What are youre hours of operation?
Our regular business hours are Monday-Thurday 9:00am - 6:00pm Friday 9:00am 2:00pm Est
9. How can you be reached after business hours?
In case of emergencies or for any flight changes once enroute, we will provide you with an emergency contact number and our efficient staff is available to serve you 24hrs. Furthermore our email service is constantly monitored and is responded to immediately.
